Operational protocols, site assessment guidelines, proposal validity, and installation standards governing client engagements across Nigeria.
XCEX Energies provides renewable energy design, photovoltaic hardware procurement, lithium storage retrofitting, generator-to-solar integration, and post-installation monitoring. Preliminary cost calculations produced via online simulators or phone consultations represent preliminary estimates only. A binding engineering proposal is issued strictly following an in-person site assessment, physical load data-logging, and structural roof/electrical audit.
For physical site inspections and system installations in Aba, Port Harcourt, Lagos, or contiguous regions, clients are responsible for:
Because commercial solar hardware (Tier-1 PV modules, pure sine hybrid inverters, and Grade-A LiFePO4 cells) involves international supply chains and foreign exchange tariffs, formal engineering quotes remain valid for the period specified on the formal document (typically 14 calendar days). Quotations are locked in upon formal written acceptance and contract milestone deposit.
All hardware installed by XCEX Energies carries manufacturer warranties passed directly to the client:
Warranties are rendered void if third-party technicians unseal, modify, bypass surge arrestors, or tamper with system firmware without prior written authorization from XCEX Energies.
While XCEX designs systems with robust Class II DC and AC surge arrestors, ground bonding, and high-speed circuit breakers, XCEX Energies cannot be held liable for catastrophic damages resulting from extreme direct lightning strikes, external utility transmission line collapses exceeding surge suppression thresholds, or severe civil emergencies.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any controversy or claim arising out of an engineering contract will first be settled amicably via joint engineering consultation, and failing which, submitted to mediation within the applicable state jurisdiction (Abia State, Rivers State, or Lagos State).
